Remember to transfer your eggs to cold water as soon as you take them out of the pot to stop the cooking immediately. Otherwise, your eggs will continue cooking even after you’ve taken them out of the water.

Whether you like them soft-boiled or hard boiled this recipe will show you how to perfectly boil an egg and then easily peel it.

6 large eggs
Take the eggs from the refrigerator, then tap the bottom of each egg on a curved surface to make a small circular crack through the shell, but do not rupture the inner membrane.
Add cold tap water to the pot until you have 1" of water above the top of the eggs.
Put the pot over high-heat until the water comes to a boil.
Set a timer for your desired doneness (see times above), and turn off the heat.
Remove the boiled eggs from the water when they are done and put them in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking.
Crack every bit of shell by tapping on a flat surface and peel the eggs. "

How to Bake “Hard Boiled” Eggs in the Oven

How to Bake “Hard Boiled” Eggs in the Oven | | The Krazy Coupon Lady:
"It’s almost Easter and that means it’s time to boil dozens and dozens of eggs for dying, hiding and deviling!

But boiling eggs can be such a pain! And it seems like I always waste a few by accidentally breaking them when I add them to the pot.

Easter just got easier.

Did you know you can make perfect “hard boiled” eggs in your oven? It’s super easy:

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
Place eggs (as many as you want!) in a muffin pan to prevent them from rolling around.
Cook for 30 minutes and then take eggs out of oven.
Immediately place eggs into a bowl of ice water and leave for 10 minutes.
After that you’re done! The best part? The egg shell comes off a lot easier than it does with the traditional boiling method!"

Pizza Balls

wow doesn't this look good?Definitely gonna have to try this one..the onlyu change I would make would be to have a spoonful of the sauce in the roll instead of using it as a dip..but still gonna try it.

3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 per can),
56 pepperoni slices,
block of Colby cheese,
1 beaten egg,
Italian seasoning,
Garlic powder,
1 jar pizza sauce…
Cut the block of cheese into 28 squares. Flatten a biscuit out and stack pepperoni and cheese on top. Gather up the edges of the biscuit. Line up the rolls in a greased 9x13 in. pan. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes. **Use the pizza sauce for dipping !

Gooey Butter Cake

OH MY GOD..This is the absolute best cake ever. So rich and delicious. Not low in calories mind you. So it is not one you could have every day,but when you do,it is so well deserved and to be enjoyed. Every delicious morsel. I made this for our Christmas dinner this past year. Desserts are my thing to bring. And my strawberry cake is usually what everyone wants.
Well I wanted something different this year. It is made up a little different and wasn't sure how it would turn out. But it is so moist and gooey. My son in law said I could make one every month for whatever holiday there was. And if there wasn't a holiday,I could make up one. But he definitely wants it for his birthday. He actually has one coming up in a couple of weeks,so guess what he gets? You have to try it. You won't regret it..So Delicious...Yummy..............

1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 tablespoons butter, melted
1 16-ounce box powdered sugar

Combine the cake mix, egg, and butter and mix well with an electric mixer.  Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 13 by 9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.  Add the eggs, vanilla, and butter and beat together.
Next, add the powdered sugar and mix well.  Spread over cake batter and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.  Make sure not to over bake as the center should be a little gooey.
