1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 cups freshly chopped tomatoes or 1 (15-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes
3 TBS. chopped cilantro
2 seeded jalapeno peppers (omit if using Rotel tomatoes)
*If you want heated salsa, save lime juice until after heating-then add.
Roughly chop onion and garlic and place in food processor along with all other ingredients. Lightly chop. Pour into a serving bowl and serve with your favorite taco chips
